1. Where and when can I pick up the booked,
equipment?
During the entire winter season daily from 8:00 to 17:00 at the KRAMER – SLNEČNÝ DOM ski rental in Tatranská Lomnica.
2. Can I exchange the equipment if it “doesn’t fit”?
Of course – your satisfaction matters to us.
3. Can I pick up the equipment earlier than the planned day of my booking (if I arrive, for example, in the afternoon)?
Yes, additionaly you pay nothing for rental after 14:00 (if you rent gear and pay rental for at least one full day)
4. What if I have my own boots?
The bindings on our skis and snowboards can easily be adjusted to your boot size.
5. Do you also have large boot sizes?
Yes – we rent boots up to size 48 (EU)
7. What if I decide to return the skis early?
We will refund you the difference of your payment for unused days; however the equipment must be returned no later than 09:00 the following day.
8. When should I make a reservation?
Reserve your gear immediately after booking accommodation – the equipment will wait for you. The latest possible moment is by 16:00 on the day before your rental starts.
9. How can I cancel a reservation I have already submitted?
You can cancel the reservation via email at kramer@ski-tatry.sk, by phone +421 951 489643, or in person.
